Facilities Manager required for Mechanical & Electrical Contractor based in the West Midlands. You will come from a building services background, be mechanically biased and have experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a new and young division within the business and make it your own. You will be required to produce a business plan, source and price new work, manage the projects and be responsible for the commercial aspect also.
The contractor has a large database of clients and there will be an opportunity to network through these for new work and leads promoting the division as an extra service and add on to their current business.
