Our client, a highly successful and progressive organisation based in the Tonypandy area are currently recruiting for a newly Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant to take control of their Finance team. You will be responsible for managing the processing side of the business including purchase and sales ledger, payroll as well as producing the monthly Management Accounts reporting. You will also manage, train and develop a small team. This role would suit a candidate who is career focused and ambitious as there are excellent opportunities to progress and develop with the business. You will also ideally come from a highly commercial background, ideally manufacturing.
