One of the UK`s largest Property Managing Agents is currently recruiting for an M&E Consultant to work on its London portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join this organisation during a period or marked expansion and to be part of a team that prides itself on delivering first class facilities services. The successful applicant will manage all the Hard Services related operations within the portfolio to ensure full compliance within the contract specification. You will develop and maintain life cycle programming whilst managing all refurbishment and fit-outs projects on all properties as and when required. Potential applicants should have experience of creating and maintaining an asset register whilst also being comfortable in carrying our condition surveys. You will be qualified to HND standard in a Building Services related discipline and hold a minimum of IOSH.
