To enable us to deliver this level of service to our customers we invest heavily in our consultant's career progression. All consultants receive a dedicated induction training programme. Thereafter, regular in-house training on all aspects of recruitment is provided to ensure that Now Recruitment is at the forefront of recruiting practices.

We invest heavily in our IT systems and databases to allow us to regularly communicate to a precise audience. Additionally, we commit large budgets to candidate and client marketing, using direct mail, PR, press advertising, internet advertising and e-marketing ensuring that we can react and respond to any requirements on any timescale.
