Tools for Success...

From day one your recruitment training will begin. You will take part in an induction training programme at the group head office, here you will learn all about the Now Business Group our systems and procedures and be coached in all aspects about recruitment sales by our Training Director. Thereafter, throughout your first year you will receive additional individual and group training to help you to continually develop your skills and learn ‘your trade’

We want you to develop and grow. A tailored development plan will be produced, providing you with a clear and precise plan for achieving promotion. How far and how quickly you go is up to you…

Company Conference

All Now Business Group staff get together at an annually organised event to celebrate business and individual successes. Consultants and teams within the branches compete throughout the year for the coveted awards including, consultant of the year and branch of the year.

The Role - Your daily tasks will include:

• Actively developing new business through telephone sales activity and client meetings.
• Advertising and promoting our clients jobs to candidates.
• Matching and submitting suitable cadidates to our clients for interview.
• Searching our database for candidates and writing adverts to attract new applicants.

You must have:

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• 100% self-belief and self-motivation, even in difficult periods.
• A positive and competitive attitude.
• A desire to earn lots of money.
• A full driving licence and live in commutable distance of Birmingham city centre
