Our client is a building and civil engineering company that carries out a wide range of work in the public and private sector on a national basis from offices in Tyneside, Teesside, Yorkshire, Manchester and London.
Currently in the North East they have a number of prestigious contracts in Newcastle City Centre that are and will reshape the city skyline. They mainly work on Design and Build projects but are also working on a PFI Scheme.
What they require is an Engineer by trade that had worked on high profile new build contracts that may include high Rise Office Blocks, Accommodation blocks, Schools and public Buildings. Reporting to the project Manager you`ll have total responsibility for the day to day running of the project with an Engineer Surveyor and Foremen reporting to you. Health and Safety Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Tool Box Talks, Sub Contract and Material Procurement are all key tasks for the site Agent.
You are guaranteed to work on some of the regions most prestige contracts going head to head with some of Europe`s biggest contractors.
