Quantity Surveyors - Senior/ Intermediate
What you'll be doing
The successful candidates will strengthen our existing surveying team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a number of live partnerships which are ongoing throughout the Region. You will be responsible for project management activities such as compiling valuations, subcontractor payments, financial reportage and forecasting, in addition to managing members of the commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for any individual to further their career within a steadily growing business.
Who you are?
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a sound commercial track record in the construction industry, experience of new build would be preferable but is not essential.
The successful candidate will possess good management skills, have excellent commercial knowledge, a team player, self starter and a good communicator.
