Our client is a general Construction and Design and Build Contractor based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The Company operates throughout the Northern Region and carries out projects for both Private and Public- sector Clients in most of the main construction market segments including Educational, Industrial/Commercial, Residential, Retail, Leisure and Health.
Due to the ever increasing work load they currently require an experience Estimator.
You will have a wide range of knowledge in the use of Forms of Contract including Design & Build with experience of Partnering schemes and negotiations with prospective clients. It is essential that the successful candidate is computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Conquest.
A significant proportion of their workload is ?repeat business`. They aim always, to deliver the highest possible quality of service to ensure that their Clients expectations are fulfilled or exceeded.
With so many of the regions privately owned contractors finding the current market place extremely tight our client is flourishing. They compete with National contractors on a regular basis winning a huge proportion of work tendered.
