Due to an aggressive growth plan NOW Recruitment are seeking an ambitious Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant for their BIRMINGHAM Office.
The role is working within our temporary and permanent divisions supplying staff to our clients within the EDUCATION Industry sector.
You will be working in a competitive, sales driven environment winning new business whilst maintaining relationships with our current clients. Your background may include sales and or customer service experience but the ability to demonstrate a tenacious desire to succeed far outweighs your CV. You will be articulate, driven, highly motivated with a desire not only to achieve monthly targets but also to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients.
