TENANT LIAISON OFFICER - WEST MIDLANDS
Our client specialising in the refurbishment of local authority housing stock, seeks an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer due to the continued growth and success of their Midlands region.
The purpose of the role is to provide and maintain a high level of customer care with tenants whose homes are being worked on. You will work closely with the site management team to keep tenants informed and offer advice and practical solutions to issues that may arise.
You will produce and distribute standard letters and tenant information packs, arrange access to properties as required by site management, produce communication paper and newsletters, identify any tenant special needs, attend tenant and resident open days, work closely with the local housing staff, carry out tenant inductions, work with the site team to ensure Health and Safety responsibilities are met.
Superb face to face skills are required together with a high level of self motivation and good written skills.
