SITE MANAGER - SOCIAL HOUSING REFURBISHMENT - WEST MIDLANDS
Superb opportunity to join a forward thinking, progressive Main Contractor specialising in the delivery of refurbishment schemes across the Midlands for local housing associations.
As Site Manager you will plan, manage and control all site based activities within budgeted cost in accordance with contract documents and company policies and procedures.
You will ensure that all plant and labour is resourced and materials are on site ready for works to commence, co-ordinate subcontract activities, report to contracts manager any variations to account, ensure handovers are delivered on or before programme, determine the most effective methods of working, co-ordinate a team of foreman who will be supporting you and liaise with the client representatives and produce site reports.
