NOWrecruitment`s Client is an award winning Shopfitting Interior Fit-out specialist and seek a SERVICES MANAGER to join them on a permanent basis.
Will consider initial contract on a temporary basis with the potential of progressing to permanent employ if you prefer.
The Services Manager will provide technical support to the Operations division and liaise with the Commercial Team during the pre contract phase of projects by identifying value engineering proposals and reviewing build able solutions.
The Services Manager will also compile and implement project specific Building Services check lists and have a pro active overview of the Building Services Installation.
It is essential that the Services Manager have M & E qualifications and experience within Building Services and have a solid understanding of Engineering Specifications and Installation Standards.
Essential Duties include:
? Assisting senior Management with permit applications & approvals.
? Reviewing Building Services Method Statements.
? Attend Sub Contractor meetings.
? Witness test installations.
? Compile and issue pre handover LAO update meetings.
? Review and comment on contractors draft manual.
