Job Description
Business in West Wales is seeking an Accounts Officer to join them on a permanent basis. Your role is with all aspects of accounts preparation for the company.

Responsibilities:

Collate purchase order forms, delivery notes, purchase invoice and credit notes and reconciliation. Process all expenses to purchase ledger ready for electronic transfer. Reconcile all supplier statements and ensure all suppliers are paid on a timely basis.

Process invoices to the sales ledger. Code bank statements for sales and purchase and then post to the cashbook. Reconcile cheques and receipts, prepare bank rec's and balance at month end. Deal with the petty cash and any foreign currency transactions, credit card reconciliations.

Ideally you will be part qualified AAT or equivalent, good accounts experience, basic word and excel knowledge and some accounting package experience.
