Our Client is the Market Leading in Community Regeneration with a regional turnover of £58 Million which is set to double by 2010. Predominately their region is Northumberland and Tyneside but due to successful negotiations with a number of clients they are expanding into the Teesside area.
Their projects are extra care facilities with a value up to £8 Million. These are Timber framed 3-4 storey new builds with a very technical internal specification
What they require is a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record working within the NHS / Residential Sector that can take full responsibility for the project. The contract set up is Operations manager - Commercial Manager - Senior Surveyor - Surveyor
The clients have agreed to a schedule of rates so the role is to manage the budget and work with various sub contractors building a solid supply chain.
