Candidate Contact:

• All communication is entered onto to our computer system to comply with internal procedures.
• Requests regarding contact are recorded and acted upon accordingly.

Job Specification and Interview:

• Candidates will receive full information regarding interviews and will be prepared fully.
• After the interview, candidates will receive comprehensive client feedback.

Offer, Placement and After-sales Care:

• Candidates will be provided with full information about the employment offer, including job duties, hours worked and remuneration.
• We will issue hard copies of contracts and placement letters.
• Within the first month of placement, candidates will receive a check in call and information about payment schedules.
