A fundamental part of 'Now' is our commitment to providing our clients with a service that exceeds their expectations. The charters set maintain and uphold our high standards of service. To ensure a consistently high level of service to our clients, we promise the following:
Client Contact
- All communication is entered onto our computer system to comply with internal procedures.
- Requests regarding contact are recorded and acted upon accordingly.
- We will always issue copies of terms & conditions.
Job Specification Advertising and Interview:
- Full job spec taken to ensure clarity on requirements. If necessary, we will conduct a site visit to prepare a written brief of the assignment.
- We provide as a minimum 2 references for each applicant.
- All interviews are both written and verbally confirmed.
- When your job requirement is registered with us it is automatically advertised on a mixture of mainstream and niche national and regional job boards to ensure that we attract the best candidates for your roles.
Offer, Placement and After-sales care:
- Issue of hard copies of contracts and placement letters.
- We will issue Numeric, Literacy and Dexterity assignments where required.
- We will provide a Health and Safety briefing.
- We will provide safety equipment, including 'Now' workwear/uniform where required.
- Consultant will contact client on starters date and agree an ongoing level of contact to maintain relationship.
