Our client, a global real estate company is looking to appoint a Building Manager for a multi-tenanted building in the City of London.
Working in the best interests of the landlord, you will be an experienced Building / Facilities Manager with a track record in service delivery, cost management, and Health and Safety Compliance. You will be a good communicator, able to liaise with the clients and building occupiers ensuring a good level of service is maintained. Knowledge and experience in managing budgets is essential, as you will be responsible for all aspects of the service charge.
