The Company
Our client is a well established Regional Contractor that has been operating for over 40 years across the East and West Midlands, delivering D&B projects for public and private sector clients including Education, Healthcare, Commercial/Industrial and Residential. Following sustained periods of growth and influx of new projects this leading contractor has created an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their Production team.
The Project
A new build, Design & Build College project valued at £1.5 million. The Role No. 1 on site reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivering of this project and duties will include:
- Resourcing and co-ordination of labour and various contractors
- Monitoring Health & Safety on site
- Co-ordination of waste and traffic management
- Management of sub-contractors on site
- Dealing with all site related paperwork
- Monitoring project against programme and budget
- Client liaison and relationship development
- Liaison with architects and engineers Essentials
- Experience of BREEAM is ideal however not essential
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
