We are currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor on behalf on one of the UK`s leading Property Management organisations. Working within the Investment team you will represent this organisations significant investment clients to assist in maintaining and enhancing property capital values. Potential applicants will be required to carry out investment acquisitions surveys through site inspections, report writing, due diligence and operational team management. You will have a strong client relationship background and be able to generate fee income for the business through new and existing clients. The role will require you to settle significant dilapidation claims and contract administration of major refurbishment projects. You will also be involved with party wall work, PPMs, feasibility reports and defect analysis.
